Mission: Play! By Mattel provides an immersive experience that blend physical and digital play within themed environments. We were commissioned to complete the turnkey fit-out, which included dedicated zones, a Mattel event space, branded birthday rooms, F&B outlet and retail space.
The project entailed the installation of wall gypsum partitions, glass partitions, and block walls to define distinct zones within the centre. Our flooring works involved screed, self-levelling, vinyl, and tiling to achieve thematic aesthetics and practical functionality. We integrated customised metal works to support structural and aesthetic requirements. The MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems were fully implemented to ensure operational efficiency.
Lighting solutions were strategically deployed with Dali and DMX programming to enhance the overall ambiance and interactive experiences. The fit-out also included loose and customised furniture installations, integrated IT & AV solutions, installation of a new lift, and branded graphics to reflect the thematic elements of the brands.
The Mission Play! fit-out project successfully transformed a standard space into an engaging and dynamic entertainment centre, showcasing Mattel’s beloved brands in an immersive environment. Despite challenges related to attraction integration, AV configurations, and mall coordination, we delivered a space where guests can explore, play, and create lasting memories.
