UAE-based Emaar Entertainment’s iconic cinema brand has set foot in Bahrain, and Havelock One was engaged to complete the turnkey fit out of this entertainment zone that features seven cinema screens, including one IMAX, four standard, and two Platinum screens, offering a total of 759 seats. Equipped with the most advanced cinema technology, Dolby Acoustics for immersive sound, and adjustable luxurious seating, our team undertook the full scope of interior Civil and MEP fit out works, ensuring a seamless integration of decorative finishes throughout the premises.

Our scope included both the back and front of the house, encompassing ticket counters, a foyer, corridors, toilets, storage, staff rooms, and an extensive customised kitchen to serve specially crafted dine-in cuisine for the cinema fans. Our fit out team accomplished an impressive structural steel installation, which was challenging due to the overall height of the foyer. Particular attention was given to the installations within the iMax and the pre-movie lounge for Reel Platinum Suites to boost an exclusive VIP experience. Completing the project within a tight six-month timeline showcases our dedication to going above and beyond.
