When Al Markaz (Kuwait Financial Centre), the well-known leader in asset management and investment banking in MENA approached us for the Design & Build requirement, their aim was to relocate their entire team and operations to the prestigious Burj Alshaya. With an open office concept in mind, the project scope consisted of Interior Design, Civil, MEP, Finishing and Joinery works.
Havelock One’s meticulous resources and inhouse capability advanced in all the phases which reflected in the design and execution of the executive area and facilitated the manufacturing of the joinery items and furniture. The spatial design and the systematic placement of offices and workstations enhance the overall ergonomics. We modified the existing services originally designed for an open office concept to accommodate the new layouts featuring 62 private offices and 126 workstations spanning 3 Floors.
