When Antefixe and Richemont approached us for the fit-out of the first and the most extensive boutique of Delvaux in the Middle East, we were confident that this will be yet another exceptional project for us to contribute to the retail fraternity in the region. Delvaux is a truly Belgian brand, and they are the oldest manufacturer of fine leather luxury goods in the world. Just as passionately the brand reflects its personality, so does Havelock One too; we have an uncompromising commitment to our craftsmanship and towards the delivery of outstanding quality on all our projects.

The main feature of this luxury retail outlet is the exhibit wall at the entrance, which has a fine selection of antique emporte-pièce leather cutting tools from Brussels’ atelier. Each boutique of Delvaux is designed with a unique concept harmonising tradition with a sort of fusion with a modern retail experience. Our fit-out team based in UAE worked on this project in collaboration with Antefixe, and supported the Project Management Company in executing the design vision of Architect Vudafieri Saverino Partners and their masterpiece retail outlet. We installed the pale gold metal finish with signage and black metal trims in a decorative way to add more value to the shop front design. A custom-designed counter in black marble supplied by our joinery section is another main focus of this fashion boutique. A fabric-covered vestibule in muted burgundy tones leads to a private lounge for the VIC (Very Important Customer). This dedicated space is decorated with custom-made wallpaper inspired by De Stijl style and Piet Mondrian design in subtle metallic hues.
