Havelock One executed the fit-out for two art-filled Lighthouse outlets in the UAE and manufactured a luxury hanging library bar at the Yas Bay outlet.

The Lighthouse is a restaurant and concept store founded in Dubai in 2017. Launched by Hashem Montasser and Hany Bassiouny, the restaurant is a destination that sits at the intersection of food, creativity and design. Havelock One completed the turnkey fit-out for both – The Lighthouse Palm Jumeirah at Nakheel Mall and The Lighthouse Yas Bay.
For the resto shop in Yas Bay, we manufactured and delivered all the conceptual joinery items from our factory in Bahrain. Our delivery includes a luxury hanging library bar with four shelf levels to display their extensive collection of cocktails and coffee table books and a ten-seater reservations-only chef’s table for a more casual and family-friendly environment. The restaurant also features a bakery and a waterfront terrace for Mediterranean-inspired dining on the promenade.
Our experienced F&B fit-out team based in UAE was able to articulate the design details visioned by the client for their restaurant, bakery, and retail space. We finished the complete restaurant fit-out, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing works (MEP). The Lighthouse Restaurant gets its visual identity from Dubai-based T.Zed Architects, with regional artworks and sculptures.
Although the project underwent a few design changes towards the finishing stage, our team worked within tight time frames and assisted with the restaurant opening at a peak period to our client’s complete satisfaction.
