Throughout the project, we prioritised transparent and effective communication, closely managing relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and the client. This approach ensured timely updates, managed expectations, and facilitated the approval of schedule adjustments, ultimately leading to a seamless execution.

We provided all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for the ground floor, as well as joinery items for public and back-of-house areas and supplied decorative lighting and curtains for the 87 apartments. The large metal fence and sliding door fabricated and installed at the entrance features a custom cutting pattern design. This bespoke element not only served a functional purpose but also added a unique aesthetic touch to the space, enhancing its overall appeal.

To offer a hotel-like experience with a modern classic grace within the residential space, our team enhanced existing finishes to align them with the new design and elevated the overall quality standards. This attentive procedure ensured that every aspect of the project reflected the sophisticated and upscale nature of the residential apartments.
