Our journey working on travel retail projects began in the year 2000, and we live by our mantra and tagline ‘Consider it done’ – within budget and the agreed timeframe, and at the top-most level of quality agreed. Our recent partnership with NHY for the airport duty-free is a testament to our expertise and commitment to excellence.

To elevate the duty-free experience in Africa amidst the recent pandemic, we worked closely with local contractors and other vendors, ensuring that everyone involved in the project understood its requirements. We were passionate about every stage of the project, and our brand promise of “Evolving Partnerships” shone through.

Our approach earned us positive feedback from the client, who appreciated our openness, transparency, and ability to manage expectations effectively. We were honored to be part of the store opening ceremony, where we had the opportunity to showcase the store to the CEO of Ethiopian Airlines Group and the entire team handling the airport expansion and duty-free projects.

The NHY store is now a benchmark for Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, and we take great pride in the sense of responsibility and ownership we demonstrated throughout the project.
