Having previously worked on smaller jobs for this distinguished jewellery brand of Bahraini origin, Havelock One Interiors first was tasked with a D&B project for the Jeddah showroom. Subsequent to our KSA team faring so well, we were asked to deliver a premium quality turnkey fit-out in Bahrain for Al Zain Jewellery.

Every job allows us to take the relationship with the client to the next level: In Saudi, based on various meetings and workshops, we re-specified all items and created a design concept for the interiors, exteriors and MEP, matching the refined identity of the Al Zain brand. We then executed the fit-out, using materials such as marble, porcelain, polyurethane painted MDF, veneered wood and glass. Though the decision makers were based in Bahrain, they could easily rely on Havelock One’s commitment and delivery-driven approach: We ensured transparent communication and regular updates on the progress of the project implementation in Jeddah.

For Seef Mall in Bahrain, our turnkey approach included bespoke furniture, preserving the arabesque design concept. We produced all detailed designs and shop drawings based on the showroom’s initial design concept and made numerous design revisions until we captured the client’s specific vision. A dedicated project manager then executed the fit-out, introducing finishes and items such as curved glasses, antique brass, metallic and stucco paints, oak veneer, black pearl and Pietra grey marble, refined wallpapers and a customised chandelier. Our team took the responsibility from material selection to manufacturing the complex curved pieces of furniture in a compressed schedule, challenging ourselves to complete the project with a special creative touch.
