This ambitious project involved a range of intricate fit-out works, spanning from partitioning to flooring, furniture, and lighting. We actively took on the project as the commercial fit-out contractor, to bring Multibank’s vision to life.
The scope of this project was extensive and required meticulous attention to detail. We delivered the following key components of the commercial fit-out: partition works, door systems, flooring solutions including ceramic and porcelain tiles for durability and aesthetics, as well as hand-tufted patterned carpets to enhance the interior ambiance, joinery, workstations, blind and light fittings.
Our responsibilities extended to the walls, which were adorned with wood effect porcelain tiles, wallpaper, and wood wall slats cladding. Unique touches like marble onyx features, water walls, and ‘live’ plant walls added a touch of luxury and greenery to the space. Suspended wood veneer baffles and gypsum ceilings were installed to create visually appealing and acoustically efficient office environments.
This high-end office fit-out seamlessly integrated a myriad of elements, from partitioning to furnishings, resulting in a workspace that exudes sophistication and functionality. The collaboration between Havelock One as fit-out contractor and our client, Multibank, showcases the power of teamwork and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
