Havelock One meticulously handled the manufacturing, supply, and installation of every millwork element within the luxury outlets in Bahrain, UAE, Uzbekistan and South Africa. For the new store concept, our scope included mid-floor fixtures, perimeter fixtures, doors, and wall panels. The materials were to exude luxury, with a gold electroplated metal finish for fixtures and Italian luxury fabrics adorning upholstery and wall panels.

The success of the 893 sq. ft. project for a store-within-a-store in the Mall of Emirates outlet hinged on meeting the initially planned handover date. We developed a well-defined project schedule to ensure on-time delivery. In addition, our expertise with new concept store roll-out is demonstrated at the Marassi Galleria in Bahrain, wherein the 5,144 sq. ft. is created in synergy with the mall concept of attracting high-end fashion and luxury brands to its first-floor fashion zone.

Our brand experience continues within Bahrain’s World Trade Center, which hosts a Dolce & Gabbana outlet within the Moda Mall complex. Our fit out team completed the refurbishment of two stores with a combined area of 3,230 sq. ft. with separate extensions for men’s and women’s fashion. The interior design is minimalist and dominated by the use of black and red finishes.

Our venture with this luxury fashion brand remains a stronghold, having seamlessly completed the seventh store since 2022.
