    Starbucks leed platinum

    We have carried out the manufacturing and interior joinery for the GCC's first LEED Platinum Starbucks store. The store in KAFD, Riyadh, is one of the first F&B stores in the GCC to have been awarded the prestigious LEED Platinum certification, and one of only six Starbucks stores globally.

    ESTIDAMA Certified Projects

    We completed the interior fit out of 19 luxury retail boutiques within Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi, while adhering to the airport's strict ESTIDAMA standards. The Midfield Terminal Building achieved 3 Pearl design rating and is now the highest rated airport in the GCC, and the largest singular building to ever be rated.

    A Note from Our ESG Leadership

    At Havelock One, sustainability is built into the way we approach our work, from the materials we choose to the processes we improve every day. It is closely connected to the standards we set for quality, responsibility, and the way we grow as a business.

    Over the years, we have delivered fifteen high-value LEED and Estidama-certified projects across the region. Each project has given us the opportunity to apply more sustainable practices and understand where we can do better.

    Our ESG Steering Committee plays an important role in keeping this progress focused and practical. By bringing together teams across the business, we are able to identify opportunities, measure our impact, and turn sustainability goals into actions that are relevant to our operations.

    We know this journey requires consistency, transparency, and collaboration. With Misha Bhardwaj joining us as Sustainability Specialist, we are further strengthening our efforts and building a clearer path forward.
