A World-Class Retail Experience at Zayed International Airport, Terminal A

We proudly contributed to shaping the shopper’s paradise at the newly opened Terminal A of Zayed International Airport. With a retail space spanning over 35,000 sqm and designed to serve up to 45 million passengers annually, this terminal sets new standards for luxury and convenience in airport retail.

Our team delivered the complete turnkey fit out for 19 high-end retail stores.

These included flagship boutiques for prestigious global brands such as Bvlgari, Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Coach. We also carried out the interior works for Abu Dhabi Airport Duty Free. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, we ensured that all fit out works were executed in line with Estidama guidelines, meeting the highest environmental and quality benchmarks. From precise execution to luxurious finishes, every detail reflects Havelock One’s focus on durability, and design excellence in fast-paced, high-traffic environments.
