Known for dominating beauty retail in the US, Ulta Beauty has now landed in the Middle East with its first store at The Avenues Mall.

For this landmark debut, we partnered with Ulta Beauty to manufacture their first Middle East store fixtures. Our involvement focused on the manufacturing and supply of key retail elements that define the store experience at The Avenues Mall.

Ulta Beauty - Custom Manufacturing - Havelock One

Across the store, a mix of custom-made and standard fixtures was delivered to support both function and flow.

The store features perimeter wall bays, fragrance units, cashwrap and backwrap counters, mid-floor tables, impulse units, treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure counters, and overhead cabinets. Chain link curtain mesh was used across power aisles and feature ceilings, alongside perimeter gondolas with metal brackets and glass shelving. Finished in MDF, steel, paint and laminate, the space reads as a clean, well-organised retail environment, with every element clearly aligned.
