Celebrating Excellence at the AMAALA Quality Awards 2025

We’re proud to share that we’ve been recognised for outstanding quality at the AMAALA Quality Awards, held on 18 November as part of World Quality Month celebrations.

This event highlights exceptional project delivery across Saudi Arabia’s northwest Red Sea coast – and we’re thrilled to be among the top achievers.

Our team in KSA secured two prestigious honours:

• 1st Place – High Scoring Contractor in PQI by AMAALA
• Runner-up – Contractor Quality Team of the Year Award (2025) by The Red Sea Global

These awards reflect our strong efforts into maintaining a high Project Quality Index (PQI) and continuously improving our processes. By embedding our Integrated Management Systems and setting new benchmarks in turnkey fit-out delivery, we’ve demonstrated what quality means to us.

In AMAALA, the company is delivering guestrooms, condominiums, and public areas for the luxury Equinox Hotel. A speciality restaurant and spa within the Village Boutique Hotel in the Marina Village of Triple Bay, and additionally a restaurant for the Hijaz Island Development.

“Our scope here spans from design intent coordination to specialist finishes and custom manufacturing, aligned with the vision to deliver an ultra-luxury hospitality destination for the next generation. These project stands as proof of our ability to deliver complex hospitality environments in evolving landscapes”, concluded Nigel.
