We were appointed to deliver the full turnkey fit out for this real estate developer’s new headquarters in Riyadh, KSA.

Spanning 42,000 sq. ft. across four floors, the commercial office space was designed to accommodate a range of functions including closed offices, open-plan workspaces, a CEO suite, café lounge, boardroom, and meeting rooms. The fit out required precision and performance across civil works, custom joinery, structural modifications, and decorative detailing.

Located within the prestigious King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), the project showcases high-end finishes and considered spatial planning.

Our team delivered a wide range of manufactured joinery, including fluted wall panels, credenzas, pantry units, and acoustic TV wall panels, paired with premium materials such as large-format porcelain tiles, textured paint, veneered wood and glass partitions. The engineering, submission, and approval workflows ran smoothly, thanks to strong coordination from our dedicated resource, resulting in a high-performing, design-forward office environment that reflects the stature and ambitions of the client.
