We delivered the comprehensive renovation of Kingdom Centre, elevating a Riyadh landmark into a contemporary retail destination.

Kingdom Centre Mall, underwent a major refurbishment to enhance the visitor experience and modernise its public spaces. Working alongside Kingdom Centre Company, JLL, and Gabellini Sheppard Associates, we helped transform the mall into a contemporary luxury destination while maintaining its position as a premier retail landmark in the heart of Riyadh.

Kingdom Centre Mall Renovation by Havelock One Interiors

The 30,000 m² refurbishment included the redesign of the central atrium, promenades, circulation routes, retail frontages, and tower lobby.

Our scope covered significant structural works, MEP and interior fit-out works, including upgraded shopfronts, bespoke architectural features, installation of bespoke water features, renovation of multiple sky bridges, and a striking 3,200m² stretched fabric ceiling installation completed at 26m height.

One of the project's greatest achievements was completing extensive refurbishment works within a live retail environment without disrupting daily operations.

Through carefully planned overnight construction activities, the project successfully delivered major structural upgrades, new vertical transportation systems, and large-scale architectural installations while ensuring uninterrupted trading, achieving over one million safe work hours and creating a renewed destination for shoppers, visitors, and international brands.
