After completing the original Harvey Nichols at The Avenues Kuwait, we’ve returned to lead its full turnkey refurbishment for Alshaya Group.

We’re delivering a luxurious new look for Harvey Nichols in live conditions, phasing construction to keep the store open throughout. Our in-house manufacturing team and Kuwait-based fit-out specialists are collaborating across borders to finish this impressive concept, starting with the world-class cosmetics hall and fashion zone.

The world-class cosmetics hall sets a striking tone for the transformation.

Custom-built in our factory, the store fixtures include bespoke counters and sculptural suspended ceiling elements, all carefully created to the highest standards expected in luxury retail. Hundreds of metal petals were hand-laid across the exterior façade and counters, catching the light and creating an elegant shimmer that enhances the customer experience. As we continue to roll out the remaining phases, this landmark project reflects our detail-driven approach to premium retail environments.
