Primark’s Middle East expansion accelerates with Dubai as the global flagship.

After Primark’s successful debut at The Avenues Kuwait, the brand shifted its focus to the UAE with a landmark opening in Dubai Mall. Delivered in partnership with Alshaya, it became Primark’s largest and most ambitious store worldwide. The momentum continued with an aggressive rollout across the city, adding City Centre Mirdif and Mall of the Emirates to the regional portfolio.

Havelock One’s Bahrain manufacturing drives scale, speed and consistency.

Our scope covered the full manufacture of mid floor fixtures, perimeter systems, fitting rooms, architectural elements and the façade, all produced in our Bahrain factory and shipped to site. The performance of the Dubai Mall project prompted Primark to bring forward the next store opening, and we recalibrated production and logistics to meet the accelerated timeline, ensuring each store opened on schedule. With the brand’s rapid rise in popularity, this partnership is set for significant growth across the Middle East.
